Turn equipment data into decisions
TrustIoT.AI collects data from the meters and equipment on your floor, lets you ask about it in plain words, and answers with a conclusion and a next step. Data enters only through verified gateways, and every number traces back to where it came from.
Hi. I answer questions about equipment and energy. This is a simulation on sample data: pick a question below, or type your own.
How it works
From one gateway to one answer
Collect
A gateway on site
Plug in one network cable and the official gateway brings itself online, reading meters, drives and sensors over Modbus.

A cloud that checks first
Only gateways that pass verification can connect. Raw values are kept as they arrived, and each customer's data is stored apart.

An assistant you can ask
Ask in plain words. Numbers are calculated from the data, and what a code means comes from the knowledge your team maintains.

Gateway
Plug it in and watch it come online
The TrustIoT gateway takes power and network from one PoE cable, proves its identity to the cloud and provisions itself. Drag the model to look at it from every side.

Why TrustIoT.AI
Answers you can trace back
Numbers from the data
Every figure in an answer is queried and calculated straight from the stored readings.
Your knowledge is the authority
What a code or a reading means comes from the knowledge your team keeps for each model, so answers use your own terms.
Data from verified gateways
Each gateway carries a TPM 2.0 hardware identity, and a device missing from the factory register cannot connect.
Ready for your audit
The same data becomes an energy performance report, each line traceable to raw readings, for your own ISO 50001 audit.
Security
Verified from the edge to the cloud
The gateway proves its identity before it connects, the cloud keeps each customer's data apart, and your data never trains public or shared models.
How we protect your data- TPM 2.0 hardware identity
- Mutual certificate authentication
- Each customer's data isolated
- Never used to train shared models
FAQ
Common questions
Which equipment is supported?
Modbus TCP devices today. RS-485 (Modbus RTU) devices connect through a serial-to-Ethernet gateway.
What does the gateway need on site?
A PoE network port, or a PoE injector, and an outbound internet connection. The gateway connects out to the cloud, so no inbound ports need to be opened.
What happens when the network drops?
If the network drops for a while, the gateway keeps the data on the device and sends it automatically once the connection is back.
Where is our data stored, and is it used to train models?
It is stored encrypted on AWS, with each customer's data isolated from every other's. Your data stays yours: it is not used to train public or shared models and is not given to third parties without your authorisation.
Where do the numbers in an answer come from?
They are queried and calculated straight from the readings the gateways collected. What a code means follows the knowledge your team keeps for each model.
Can it support our ISO 50001 audit?
It turns the audit period's data into an energy performance report whose every line traces back to the gateway's raw readings.
